It can be hard to convince some people that Mexican food can be delicious, healthy and addictive but if ever there was a definitive comeback to the anti-Mexican argument it's Collingwood cafe Trippy Taco. This tiny cafe at the quiet end of Smith Street serves up fresh tacos, burritos, tamales and nachos bursting with crunch, heat and flavour. The staff proudly make everything (with the exception of the fabulous tamales, which are made locally by an El Salvadorean woman).
