THE iconic but unpredictable Holga plastic camera was the tool for three multi-talented artists, Chloe Robson, Wendy Megne and Greta Garbage, whose photographic works are featured in 'if...' The women, aged 16 to 21, captured subjects that resonated uniquely with their life experiences: Melbourne street art, the Botanic Gardens and the Abbotsford Convent. 'if...' is the finale of a 10-week creative arts program conducted by the not-for-profit organisation Whitelion, which supports young people at risk. Off the Kerb director Shini Pararajasingham has donated her space to Whitelion for the exhibition. Also shown will be the artists' creative processes via a video installation. Outside, the artists engage in other activities such as painting and drawing. Until January 30. -- CAROLINE TANG
