Independence Australia is a not-for-profit organisation that supports people with a disability and older people to achieve their desired quality of life.
We are looking for highly organised individuals to provide efficient customer service to our employees and clients in relation to their rosters. You will be responsible for identifying, accurately recording and proactively problem solving roster related issues. In addition you will provide general administration and reception support.

You will be responsible for identifying, accurately recording and proactively problem solving roster related issues. In addition you will provide general administration and reception support.
To be successful in this role you will have:
· Demonstrated customer service experience and commitment to providing exemplary customer service;
· Proven experience working in administrative roles;
· Highly developed communication, interpersonal, organisational and problem solving skills;
· High computer literacy in a Windows environment (MS Excel and Word);
Experience in the use of electronic client/staff rostering databases (e.g. Carelink +), understanding of Disability Sector and relevant qualifications will be viewed favourably.
